Bob Monach, after owning his own technology business for 30+ years, switched career paths in 2005 when he purchased the Springtown Inn. He and his family invested their future in owning and operating this small country inn. His degree from the prestigious French Culinary Institute of Lower Manhattan in New York City, along with his business background, has helped grow the Inn to being a charming destination restaurant for those wishing to experience the beauty of Bucks County and for local patrons who gather in the bar for a Friends-like atmosphere. Bob’s philosophy is to offer an upscale flair in a casual atmosphere.
Bobbie Gianguzzi keeps the day-to-day operations going strong. You may find her behind the bar, waiting on tables, serving at a catered function, or taking your reservation over the phone. Bobbie has 35 years in the restaurant business. Her career began in her family’s restaurant which was located in Phillipsburg, New Jersey. She learned her baking skills from her mother. Do not leave the Inn without trying one of her delicious desserts!
